Order Changes

Once your order is confirmed, we cannot make any changes or cancellations. If you wish to return a product, please initiate the returns process after receiving the item.

Item Not Received

If you have placed an order and have not received it, please check the tracking status of your order with the carrier. If the tracking status shows that the item has been delivered, but you have not received it, please contact the carrier to locate your products. Once the item is with the carrier, we don’t have control over it.
