Return & Refund Policy
At IneesStore, we strive to provide our customers with high-quality products and a hassle-free shopping experience. If for any reason you wish to return an item within 30 days of delivery, please follow the instructions below.
First, safely pack the items in the original packaging that came with the merchandise. All products must be returned in new and unused condition. If you received a broken or defective product, please contact our customer service team.
Shipments must be sent with a traceable and insured method, such as USPS.
Please note that customers are responsible for the return shipping fee. Shipping, handling charges, and other fees are not reimbursed. To process your return successfully, you need to provide a valid tracking number when filling out the return form.
Regular products are eligible for a refund, replacement, or credit hold. However, special or custom products can only be exchanged.
Once our team receives and confirms your return (usually within 72 hours), you will receive an email confirming that your return is complete. If a refund is issued, it will take up to 7 days to process. Depending on your financial institution, it may take another 3-5 working days for the credit to appear in your account.

We understand that there are times when you may not be completely satisfied with your IneesStore product. Therefore, we offer a 30-day window for returns if the product is in unused and excellent condition. If you wish to return your item, there is a $20 restocking fee, and you are responsible for the return shipping cost. Please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org before returning the item for return instructions.
If you want to exchange a product, please contact us at email@example.com, and we will process the exchange. A $20 restocking fee may apply if we accept the exchange.
If you receive a defective order, please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org with photos of the product (no need to return the item), and we will immediately send a replacement product.
If the product is not as described or wrong, please contact us at email@example.com with photos of the merchandise, and we will provide a return shipping label. Once we receive the tracking information, we will ship a new product immediately.
Please note that we do not accept returns or refunds for change of mind. Also, please note that the color or texture of the product may differ from the photo as each product is natural and handmade.
If you want to cancel your order, please contact us immediately. We usually ship orders immediately, so we cannot guarantee that we can cancel the order. However, you can always return the order once you receive it.
